• This property is beautiful. Facilities are superb ... bathrooms, kitchen, living room. Location along front road with windows facing waterfront is wonderful. You get to hear the sound of boats rocking in the waves at night. Very relaxing. Teodora (manager) is not on location but is available by SMS/texting, so its helpful to have a phone (Traveler SIM cards are 80-85 KN for one week unlimited data, so very cheap!). However, she is VERY responsive by SMS/texting and will answer all your questions. If you bring a car, parking is tough since there is only the spots in front of the unit and they are often full. We were fortunate to find spaces available when we needed them. Otherwise, you must park a 5 minute walk away for a small fee. This is still a lot easier than many cities in Croatia. If you have no car then you will have to roll your suitcase to the end of the waterfront. But if you are traveling throughout Croatia, then you will soon learn that this is the normal for every waterfront city, so nothing unusual here. Sibenik is a small town place which we thoroughly enjoyed and would have like to stay longer. We had 3 nights here and could have stayed a couple more easily. My recommendation is to stop looking right now and book this.

• The studio was great. It is located at the harbor and is central to centre and beach which are very close. The apartment is clean and in a quiet neighborhood. I had never met Tea directly but she was a very good host and take care of you if you need any help. The communication with her was also great. It is recommendable and I would book it again.

• Fantastische Location und ein tolles Ambiente. Mitten in der Stadt aber durch die sackgasse doch weg vom Lärm und Trouble. Wunderbare Stadt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Kinder haben es ganz besonders genossen. Abends in die Altstadt konnte man locker per Fuß erledigen und der Ausblick auf das Meer und den Hafen sind schon was besonderes. Wir kommen Wieder.

• We had a great stay in Teodora's studio. It's small but it has everything you need if you're planning to visit Sibenik for a short period. It's placed in the city center but the area is very quiet. We would recommend it!

• Location is just perfect. Nice little flat for 2 persons for a few days. There is no window but a big large door that can be let opened. The flat is nice and very clean. It is conformed to the pictures of the announce. Communication with Tea during all our staying was just excellent (very flexible and answers immediately).

• We actually had a free upgrade the apartment above, which was absolutely awesome. I'm sure the studio is great too, since it's all really clean and modern, has a perfect location at the old town, it's right next to the water. Overall Sibenik is a great place and lovely to stroll through. Also, Teodora was super helpful, one day there was no water and she called the city gov for us to check what's up. I absolutely recommend staying here and if your budget allows it, check Tea's other listing on the same address.

• We stayed for almost a week in this fantastic apartment at the harbor of Sibenik and if you look for a place that is similar to the TV commercials for AirBnB (you know, the one where people get an apartment in Paris with direct view onto the Eiffel Tower), this is such an apartment. Every morning when you get up, you have a fantastic view through three windows onto the water in the harbor. Usually you look at a couple of sailboats and you hear the water splashing onto the harbor walls. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes walk into the center of the old Sibenik. Of course, plenty of restaurants and shops are also in short distance. But this is only one part - This apartment is equipped almost with everything needed in a household, with very modern appliances. The bedroom is in the back, so even if party people are getting a bit louder in front, it is quiet in the back.

• The apartment was small but the location was excellent. The flat was clean and finishes of a high standard. A very short walk to bars and restaurants and the harbour on the doorstep! Sibenik a great town with much to do in and around it.

• We had a fantastic week staying at the Casa Marina. The apartment is situated just within the borders of Sibenik's Old Town and was perfect for our family needs (2 adults and three children 9, 6 and 5 months). Conveniently located, it was just a short stroll to the Catherdral of St James, St Michael's Fortress, the beach and the many local restaurants and bars. We found it very handy to have all these amenities at our fingertips. The breathtaking must see Krka National Park is a short drive away, and we also had a pleasant day taking a boat trip to the nearby island of Zlarin. The apartment itself is beautiful; the perfect blend of modern and traditional. With all the mod cons, it has everything you would need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Most spectacular of all is the view of the waterfront and Sibenik harbour, particularly at sunset. The hosts Tea and Marijana were excellent, making sure we had all the information we required before arrival, accommodating our late check-in on the first day, and even allowing us a late check-out, which was very much appreciated on a wet last day with three young children! We absolutely loved our stay and really couldn't fault the house. Would definitely recommend, and will certainly book again should we return to Sibenik.
