• Amazing place and amazing location! The property exceeded all expectation and was a great place to relax for a week. The restaurant next door was perfect and happy to serve us while sitting on the couch in front of the house. Location was perfect and allowed for a relaxed stay in a small village within walking distance to main sections of Opatija. Property manager Tea was excellent and very attentive to any needs we may have had. Highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.

• The house has an excellent location in the port of Volosko. All rooms have windows to the sea and the quite beautiful view of the small boat harbor. If you sit outside the house and chats you can at the pizzeria next door to order his drinks, awesome!! The care provided by Tea is excellent and we can recommend the best accommodation.

• Two of us stayed for a week in September 2014 - though the place can accommodate many more, we still used most of the space and had a perfect holiday. Il Palazzo an ideal mix of indoor and outdoor accommodation. The walk along to Opatija is gorgeous at any time of day or night. It can be slightly noisy at the front in the evenings if the windows are open but that didn't bother us at all. Next time, we'll plan to stay longer and do more exploring - the location is excellent for this and we didn't even have a car. There a quite a few stairs in the property so young children would need watching (ditto less able persons).

• Our time here was wonderful, all fun fun fun. We thoroughly enjoyed Volosko. Moho next door had great pizza and very friendly staff. Tramerka has delisious food as well as Istranka restaurant in Opatija. A few days trips top Groznjan and Rovinj were amazing. Thank you Igor and Tea, you are wonderful.

• Dear Tea, Sorry for the late answer….but it was a busy weekend with the trip and after that with the acclimatization at home. I would like to thank you again this week! We spent the very restful days in Volosko in contempt of the weather. And in fact that is the bigest avantage of the house it means we can enjoy the holiday inside too :). Hopefully the kids of our friends could enjoy this rocky marina ( on these two sunny days ). So we left Volosko with the same good feelings as last year. I hope that your holiday was restful too. • Amazing property -I almost don't want to submit a review. I would rather keep this place as our own little secret. The setting is fantastic. The house is amazing. Our family of six with four small children stayed here and we felt that we were swimming in extravagance. We especially enjoyed stepping out our front door to sit at the “kafići” or to grab a meal at the restaurants. With small children, it can be hard to enjoy a restaurant meal so we loved being able to call down to the waiters at the Plavi Podrum and asking them to send us up a gourmet seafood dinner to be enjoyed at our private dinner table in the villa. If we had known how perfect this property was, we would have booked it for much longer than 4 days.

• Fantastic place and hospitality! We had a stay at IL PALAZZO this year, the location was overwhelming, the Palazzo met our expectations with several bedroom choices but indeed exceeded the expectations on all levels. The arrangements exceeded all our expectations and even the location was familiar to us in advance, we would not choose anything else but Il Palazzo for the 2015 holidays to Croatia again. Hospitality in Croatia is fantastic, but the family-like approach of caring and taking care of our wishes just left us totally satisfied. Will be there again next year! Truly recommended!

• We decided to bring friends from US to see this beautiful part of the world. Our little group visited our Croatian friends. The weather was cool and rainy but great as we were mostly walking, talking, we ate and played, we were sitting at the bay and drinking medica (honey grappa) as the sun went down.

• Our holiday was great as we have been swimming, eating, walking to Opatija and relaxing. We had five children together and we were happy that weather was great (sunshine 26 – 33°C) We mostly ate at Moho but also in these places: Vongola (Opatija), Kukuriku (Kastav), Sv. Jakov (Opatija). We only went as far as Lovranskadraga to see the waterfall and to Labin.

• This year we decided to visit our Croatian family. This was great trip back to our homeland. Il Palazzo is very spacious for us to relax in and we love it. We visited beautiful beaches of Island Cres and have been walking to Opatija. We had lovely vacation.

• This was a perfect family vacation and we have spent it swimming and eating, also went and visited Rabac and fish market in Rijeka. Moho restaurant and Kon-tiki bar in Volosko are great. Our favorite moments were watching the waves in the sea from the house window.I would like to thank you again this really first class accomodation in Volosko and your kindless. Our second location in Pula was an other dimension ….it was a very good apartman but without that extraordinary feeling what we got in your house. We are the experienced travellers and we choose always the high quality house or apartman anywhere in Europe but to be honest I have never been in a house like this… I am sure that we will return a day!!!

• Planned for relaxed holiday and it turned out to be an adventure vacation. We have been eating, drinking, walking the lungomare, we took a boat cruise with taxi boat and exciting trip to Rijeka shopping.

• What we did? Nearly nothing and beside that we just chilled...oh yes, we drove to Pula, Porec and Rovinj; all very nice places to visit. And do not forget, Plitvice lakes National Park. KonobaTramerka here in Volosko is a beautiful spot with excellent food. Where to start with favorite moments..A good moment, for example, was when we got a first impression of the beautiful and very well equipped house and, the sea, and the sun! Tea, thank you for all the support and lots of Croatians that are (for us) nameless however very, very friendly and helpful.

• WOW. What a beautiful home to spend our family vacation in. The entire house has been upgraded with everything needed for an extremely comfortable stay and the beautiful view from the bedroom windows is breathtaking.
